Soundproof Box

Function and Purpose:
The soundproof box provides an extremely quiet environment for noise testing, free from interference by external noise and vibrations. Additionally, it offers a free or semi-free sound field that meets specific evaluation criteria.
A standardized noise measurement environment must meet three key requirements:
Low Background Noise: Ensuring minimal ambient noise interference.
Low Cutoff Frequency: Ensuring the test chamber can effectively measure low-frequency sounds.
Relatively Large Free or Semi-Free Sound Field: Providing a space conducive to accurate and reliable sound measurements.
Only full anechoic chambers or semi-anechoic chambers can meet these three conditions simultaneously.

Acoustic Test Box vs. Anechoic Chamber:

Product Parameters and Configuration

【Functional Parameters】

Background Noise: Customized production, minimum achievable -1 dB(A), frequency range 20 Hz ~ 20 kHz
Cutoff Frequency: Customized production, minimum achievable 150 Hz cutoff frequency
Free Field Radius: Customized production, depends on the dimensions of the test object and the allowable size of the box
Measurement Accuracy Error: ±1.5 dB(A) (refers to the unavoidable measurement error caused by the acoustic field characteristics of the test box itself, not the errors introduced by the microphone, data acquisition card, or acoustic signal analysis software)
